Possibly. If I recall correctly BC++5 can create 32 bit windows programs. Hopefully the windows header files and libs that also come with this compiler will still work with modern windows versions. You will just have to try compiling SDL with this version to see if it will succeed. I do recall using the free BC++ compiler that Borland gave away (without IDE) some time ago to build SDL and to build and run an SDL sample.
