I believe you would have to insert:
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\KEYBOARD.SYS
into the CONFIG.SYS file, though I could be wrong. Memory's a bit shaky on 
that concept. Though if it's wrong, don't worry about your computer forever 
crashing. DOS will just ignore it then. Though I do think that is the command.
