Keep up with the latest happenings in high tech -- FREE! http://click.topica.com/caaaa4IbUrGczbU68iFa/technology ------------------------------------------------------------ If you're looking for all of these things in one book, I would recommend Tricks of the Game Programming Gurus by Andre LaMothe. I know some people would say that this book isn't the best to learn from, but I've found that it's quite well done for my needs. It has all of what you're looking for, and it's explained as best in English as C/C++ programming can be explained. *grin* I would recommend other books if I had any others, but I mostly have Windows Programming books, and the only DOS programming book I have wasn't, shall we say, put together that well. I spent half the time re-writing the programs because they weren't checked before publication of the book. But that's not relevant to this subject. Hope that can be of some help.
