   I don't think it will turn out as *crap*. What I was saying is that when
everyone really gets going on this project, they at one point, will realize
they bit off more than they could chew. I know for myself that there is alot
of programming involved in such a large scale project such as this. It will
take a group of 10, in their spare time about 18 months to complete a
project of this magnitude. Do you think that people are going to give it
their full attention? I know that I have other things going on, and will not
be able to give 100% of my time. This decision was not made overnight. I
thought long and hard to figure out ways to overcome my time restraints. I
am at least giving you time to find someone else to replace me. I still want
to be of help anyway that I can, but, now you know that I cannot be devoted
to this for that period of time. Please understand my position. I am activly
looking to move on to another company to further advance my career. If I am
active in the project, then I will disrupt the project timeline with moving
and such. I am trying to keep from dragging the group down. That's all.
