Hi everyone,
  While design doc is being created, we need to start planning a 
schedule, and create a list of milestones or target features that we 
want to have implemented by a certain time, and which tasks can be done 
simultaneously. This depends heavily on the design so we wont be able to 
complete this list until the design doc is done, but it would be good to 
start discussing it now. I would appreciate everyone's input on this.
