Ari,
  Dont worry about the pc spec. requirements right now. Just focus on 
the creative design part. Later after that is done the programming teams 
can decide how to implement the game, and what the minimum pc spec. 
requirements should be.

Yea it is unfortunate that only one person in your group responded. 
Maybe you guys can do a little brainstorming and post what you come up 
with on a page on the your swiki, then hopefully we all can try to add 
to that. My brother is also big RPG fan and I've asked him if he has any 
ideas also.
