Since u asked, looks to me like u guys are struggling for leadership.
Projects like this generally do better if u have an absolute dictator,
someone who can carry the vision thru, and everyone follows his/her lead. U
pick the right leader, follow energetically, u get a gem. Try and do this
by committee, u don't.

Is there any one u can all get behind, whose direction and job assignments
u'd all follow until the job is done? Committment is the opposite of
committee.
