Hi all,

It would be nice to actually start soon which is what I intend to do - now 
the groups are sorted out we shall start on monday - deja vu.

Without wanting to sound too un-leader like I am not really sure what to do 
so I am going to ask you all for some advice - here's the situation:

All the groups are sorted - which is fine, but at the moment it is the 
designers that have to do all the owrk and there is nothing else for the 
programmers/artists to do. Should we:

1) Wait while the designing is all done by the designers.

or

2) Have major decisions decided by everyone.

If you chose choice 2...where do you draw the line between decisions to be 
made by everyone and decisions to be made by the designers??
