  here is what Rob posted about profiles.

Hi all,

I have only had 3 profiles out of all the people working on this 
project!! How do you expect me to sort you out when I don't even know 
what you want to do???

WHY I SHOULD PUT YOU THERE: (ie experience, knowedge, ability etc)
