Ok, I have created sub areas for the Programming, Graphics Programming, 
and Design groups. Right now Networking is linked to the programming 
area, and Artwork is linked to the Graphics and related programming 
area. If something is wrong with this, feel free to email me. 

I need the Email addresses of the team leaders so I can give them access 
and administrative control over their areas.
