well, if that's how you feel about dll's, i'd hate to see how you feel about
Win2000 and how it "protects" certain files.  what really pisses me off about it
is, when i deleted Outlook Express (nothing but a peice of garbage code), 5
seconds later, all files were "restored"!!!!  there's no uninstall feature, and
no other way that i know of to get rid of the darn thing!  i'm really tempted to
just switch the last of my windows boxes to linux and bsd.
