I think you're referring to Visual Studio. That has VC++, VB and InterDev, among other programs.

Hi - does ne1 here use MS Visual Interdev, Enterprise edition? It allegedly
has VC++ and VB, i currently have access to ver 6.0 but i can't seem to
find the front door. At least i don't recognize it. Offlist help would be
fine by me, this is prolly totally boring for all u old-timers.
