Hey-

Check this out. Imagine a game where you are a secret branch of the 
government, and one day a woman appears from the future to warn you 
that, on a cetain day in a certain place, something very horrible is 
going to happen(like a nuclear explosion that will wipe out the world. 
Your group is responsible to go and keep it from happening. You might 
travel across one region and hit a riot, and get to another region and 
find a plague or something.

or-

it happens to be interstellar, where you travel from world to world and 
conquer the terrain only to reach the end and save the universe.

Just a thought!
