Use InoculateIT, it is free and updates automatically.

i seem to have a problem with InoculateIT on w2k.
every 2 starts it crashes dead.

i'd suggest getting Norton Anti-Virus.
you can let it scan all your e-mails for you.

just wanted to share my experiance.
