A game is completed at the time of deadline.

This is how I work. My team works on a game, and constructs a basic 
prototype. We add features, and remove bugs. We continue until time of 
deadline. If there are still a few bugs, no problem, the testing department 
will find the bugs, and, since they test on so many types of machines, they 
can give us a very detailed report about what is wrong, which makes it a lot 
easier to correct.

Now, the trick is to finish the basic prototype before the deadline...
