Microsoft Visuall C++ 2.0 and MFC30.DLL

Hello everyone,

I need to rebuild MFC30.DLL from source code (with some modifications), but
I don't have sources anymore (I have only MFC42 and newer).
Can anyone send me subdirectory MFC from Microsoft Visual C++ 2.0 ?
