Good idea in principle - but it doesn't get around the "56k modem taking an
entire weekend" problem.  It still needs to be downloaded whether it comes
from MS or somewhere else.  In retrospect I think the best option would be
to use an unmetered dial-up and Derold's GetRight idea (combined with plenty
of patience).  Apologies to Tom and Jun for the raised hopes, I'd rather
keep my anonymity when it comes to the internet, especially considering the
amount of spam on here.

Another possibility might be an internet cafe with fast access and a cd
writer.  Sure it'll cost a little that way, but it depends how badly you
want it. . .
