I take it you are running Windows 98?  If so, it is a known bug with Windows (yet another one from Microsoft wouldn't you know!)  Check out the Windows 98 Trouble Shooting home page (it's probably one of the largest web pages on the web!).  Your problem may relate to a conflict with some driver and the auto-shutdown.  You may need to re-install the driver, or Windows, or better still, ----  install Linux.

Hi, last night when I was doing some fraggin' in half life, my computer restarted for no apparent reason.  Since then, it's been doing the same thing more frequently.  At first it would only happen when I'd be playing a game, now it happens quite frequently (about 20 times since I woke up 2 hours ago).

Can anyone help?
