[OT] Need bootable MS-DOS 6.22 disk image

Does anyone have/know where i can get/is able to make a rawriteable image of
an ms-dos 6.22 boot disk? (360k 5 1/4")

(and also, does anyone know what files go on what disks? I have all the
files backed up but lost my list of where they go.)
