online manual for C++builder?

Hey,
 recently ive had the oppurtunity to get C++ builder
4.0 . Im trying to find some time to learn how to game
progam.  I have the "black book" or something like
that on 3D game programming and dits very thorough
(even though i only understand bits and pieces!) i
have the old turbo C program and when i write simple
(hello world,add,sub) i see the output but way too
fast. and when i write the stuff in builder i see
absolutely nothing ive tried to look for a manual in
th estores but i cant seem to find any.  ive also
tried looking in the net and at borlands site but cant
seem to find what im looking for.
