Hercules Emulation

Hi,

Does somebody know what program I can use to do Hercules emulation? I need
this for a program that assumes that all computers with VGA cards have
color monitors, and thus the graphics aren't visible enough. And one of my
computers has a mono monitor with a Trident 1MB 9400 SVGA adapter.

I know this is a bit off-topic, but I don't know anybody other than game
programmers to ask about VGA!
