[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] A note of thanks to Gameprogrammer
Hey, Java man here. Now, I'm not trying to be too sentimental, but I would
really like to send out my gratitude to the Gameprogrammer mailing list, Mr.
Pendelton, and all the participants. Since I have joined the list I have
learned so much, not just about computer programming, but computers in
general. Programming is fun but sometimes, for lack of a better word,
gritty. It just, eats you up.
As I've gone through this list, many people have helped me and informed me
about many things, and I just wanted to say thanks. I give special thanks to
Mr. Pendelton who has greatly helped me in almost all of my queries(is that
how you spell that?), and was the one who init().iated it(a little java joke
in there, not really funny though). Everyones help and insight is greatly
appreciated. Thanks
p.s. I am sending another message after this under the header "A few java
questions" to those of you who have been reading it. I may not be able to
get it in today, but look for it. Some of you have somehow been misinformed
of what my goals were for that particular program, I think it was my fault.
I still thank all of you to because I still learned from some of the posts.
Anyways, I wanted to verify some particular problems I am having, in
addition to what I was looking for. I think it may just be a foolish
mistake, like so many of my mistakes are, but I hope you can help. You guys
just seem so smart to me considering I don't know much about computers at
all and only, compared to you, a minimum of computer programming knowledge.
I should be sending the message in a while and I look forward to your help,
Thanks
Peace and may God
direct your life
Amen, Jonathan Smith
