Help with flicker

    I'm making a game right now and I need some help with getting rid of the 
flicker in my animation.  I'm drawing the tank initially at (200,80) in mode 
13h.  When i move the tank though it flickers. The real problem is though 
that it only flickers when it touches the boundaries of the spot that I 
originally loaded it at.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm 
programming in C++ only so I need any code in C++.
