Keyboard Handler

HI,

 Yes, I'm new and I need some advice.  I will be working in a third world
country in August and have been for the past two years.  I need some very
clever code for a good keyboard handler so I can vet what kids at my
university are typing.  We had some very bad things happen last year and I
want to pick up key words, log them to disk and chat up the young hackers
later !
No, I'm not anti hacker, just anti abusive as well as anti anti-social
people that destroy others files.

Also I'd like some code to be able to read CD ROMs that are put in. (Labels,
directory info etc)
Some kids have been introducing some nasties.

Can anyone help ?

I'd really appreciate it !
