Help with Metafiles

Hi, I'm an amateur programmer. I program in C++ for Windows and I need to
display metafiles. I know this is not for a game but I hope you can help me.
I tried with the function TDC::PlayMetaFile and TMetafilePict::PlayOnto,
with then MetafileDC class but nothing worked.
Thanks for everithing. Please send some code if you can.
