Hey check http://www.easydesksoftware.com   the y have a clunky way to
navigate but, the have great DOCs and really good reg stuff... including
regmon!.

You can use something called RegMon but I don't where to find it, probably
on any shareware provider...
It notifies you each time your registry is modified/accessed, and display a
run-time log.
