Well, geocities makes this part really easy, that's what I like about it. Sign in, go to the File Manager, then at the botton, there something like the "EZ-File Upload" or something like that. Click Browse, find the file, submit, and it automatically uploads your file from your computer. Wonderful, isn't it? If your needs go further than just one file every six months, you might want to find out about FTP, file transfer protocol. Start->Run:ftp<Enter> will bring up Windows' little FTP program.
