Looping still a problem here

I had been keeping quiet about the looping problem as not to further clog the
system with more looping email.  The only reason that I am speaking up now is
that many have said that the problem has been resolved.  I just wanted to let
the person in charge of the ML that I am still rcv'ing dups.

P.S. -> Is there an email address for the person in charge that I can post
problems like this rather than posting it to the entire ML and clogging the
pipes?
