[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] Re: QOTW: Why DOS?
I did programming in DOS for a long time simply because I was too lazy to learn any windows programming, before MFC it took a good page and a half to put a window in the screen, let alone make a decent program that uses any amount of the power of Windows. I guess that would mean that it's because windows programming is too difficult. -Mythic >From: Bob Pendleton <bobp@pendleton.com> >Reply-To: gameprogrammer@gameprogrammer.com >To: gameprogrammer@gameprogrammer.com >Subject: QOTW: Why DOS? >Date: Sun, 10 Oct 1999 19:40:06 -0500 > >I'm really curious about why we get so many questions about DOS >programming?
