Hey Nikhil,
That is the exact same idea I had. You can join if you want. Currently we 
have 2 people but I am proccessing more requests hourly. Here are a few 
things we need to do before we get into business...
1) everybody who has any name ideas to what to name the site, must send in 
suggestions, we will meet in a weekend(To Be Announced), and vote between the 
choices.
2) If you can, write any articles about whatever you need as long as they are 
on the beginner level, we need a few articles to start the site.
3) I probably forgot a few things, but they can all be discussed later I 
guess.
If you have any questions, problems, comments, please feel free to mail me. 
Meanwhile see if you can work on the name idea.
