Search Programmer

Hi !
I am new here and only need a Brazilian Programmer to begin a game project !
First i will go make the project using C++ with Allegro library. 
I have many question but my poor english dont't allowed make questions in
this list, if this is not a problem i will start with my problems here too !

PS: My game project will be a fusion of RTS and RPG, if this is interesant
for any people in the world we make a team to program it. Will be a game
